At Neptune Solutions, we guarantee the quality of our workmanship on all excavation, drainage, and grading projects for five (5) years from the date of project completion. If a defect in our work causes a problem covered under this warranty, we will return to assess and correct it at no additional charge.
What Is Covered
- Drainage system failures — French drains, catch basins, swales, and piping installed by Neptune Solutions that fail to perform as designed due to defects in installation.
- Grading defects — Slopes or grades we established that revert to improper drainage flow due to workmanship error rather than natural soil settling or external disturbance.
- Structural compaction issues — Settlement or subsidence in compacted areas that results from inadequate compaction by our crew.
- Pipe and fabric installation — Perforated pipe, geotextile fabric, and gravel fill we installed that fails due to installation error.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty covers our workmanship. The following are outside its scope:
- Acts of nature — Damage from extreme weather events, hurricanes, flooding beyond the design capacity of the system, or ground movement from drought or soil shrinkage.
- Third-party alterations — Changes, additions, or excavation by the property owner or another contractor that affects the work we completed.
- Routine maintenance — Clearing debris, leaves, or sediment from drain inlets, outlets, or channels over time. We recommend annual inspection of all drainage systems.
- Heavy equipment damage — Running heavy vehicles or machinery over drainage systems not designed to bear that load.
- Pre-existing conditions — Issues unrelated to the scope of work completed by Neptune Solutions, including upstream drainage problems on neighboring properties.

2We'll schedule a site visit — A member of our team will visit your property, typically within 5–7 business days, to assess the reported issue.

3We correct covered defects at no charge — If the issue falls within the warranty scope, we will schedule and complete the repair at no cost to you.
