Why Work With Neptune Solutions

We're a small, locally owned crew — you'll know exactly who you work for and where you stand.

Fair Pay, On Time

$20–$30/hr depending on experience. No surprises, no waiting on payday.

Room to Grow

Start Friday & Saturday, with more days available as we take on more work.

Real Equipment, Real Training

You'll work alongside experienced operators on newer, well-maintained machines.

Small, Local Crew

Locally owned and raised in West Houston — not a faceless national outfit.

Not Your Typical Labor Job

Most companies hire warm bodies and let them cycle through. We'd rather build our people up.

Time Behind the Equipment

Show us you're reliable, and in time we'll start putting you on the machines — skid steers, excavators, grading equipment. Real hands-on training, not just handed the keys.

A Look at the Business Side

Curious how estimating, quoting, and running a job actually works? Stick around, and we'll bring you into that side of it too.

How far you take it is up to you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assisting crews on drainage, grading & site-prep jobs
  • Moving materials and using hand tools
  • Supporting equipment operators on site
  • Job site prep and cleanup

What We're Looking For

  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Texas heat
  • Reliable transportation to job sites in West Houston
  • Available Fridays & Saturdays to start
  • Punctual and dependable — we show up when we say we will, and expect the same
  • 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
